Landlord Aggressive: You own a building in a poor section of town. One of your tenants, an attractive single woman, is often late on her rent. In the past, you've offered to let her slide in exchange for sexual favors, bus she's always come up with the cash instead. This time she's over two months late and you're going to give her an ultimatum: pay up, put out, or else.

Tenant Passive: Holding down two jobs while trying to go to night school is not easy, but the last few months have been especially tough. Your landlord has made subtle offers to exchange sex for your rent and a few times it's seemed like a pretty good idea. Besides, he's not a bad looking guy and is kind of charming in a sleazy way.

Scenario: He arrives and she recognizes his car immediately. It can only mean one thing: rent time. She decides to invite him in and explain her situation, hoping he will be patient and understanding until she can pay. She opens the door for him with a big smile. "I have to talk to you," she says as she leads him inside. "Would you like a cup of coffee?" Surprised that she even invited him in, he becomes excited at the idea that maybe she's warmed up to his offer. "You know it's been really hard for me," she begins as she makes coffee. He looks around and notices how dingy the little appartment is. "I understand," he says, watching her move around the tiny kitchen area, "but I can't afford to run a charity. I've let you off the hook more then most landlords would, but only because you turn me on." He reaches out and pinches her ass. She's shocked and freezes - he's never been this bold. "So if I have sex with you, you'ff forget about the rent?" she asks him, point blank. She faces him, her hands on her hips. Her eyes are full of rage, but he detects something deeper, maybe even interest? Her expression softens and she begins to smile. He rises from his chair and moves toward her, she doesn't resis his touch.
